How Does It Work?

When you first connect with your ActionCOACH business coach they will sit you down for an alignment session.

During this initial meeting, your coach will find out as much as possible about your business. Your coach will want to know about everything, including your goals, challenges, finances and marketing so it’s important that you’re as open as possible.

After your alignment, your ActionCOACH will create an ActionPLAN, this will help guide your business to success. This ActionPLAN is a little different from just a marketing or business plan, it is a step-by-step plan that you will work through throughout your one-on-one coaching sessions.

Coaching Programmes

A lot of people when they think of business coaching picture the classic one-on-one coaching, as well as offering this, we also offer different programmes for different budgets.

Our most popular programme is the one-on-one coaching. These coaching sessions happen weekly or fortnightly and you work closely with your coach to achieve the results you want. This programme is the most results-driven which is evident with many clients winning awards for their success.

All of our coaches have had previous business experience, like you, they are fellow business owners who have invested their time and money into their business, so they know exactly how you feel.

We understand that business coaching can be a great expense, especially for small or newer businesses which is why we also offer group coaching, BookCLUB and 90 Day Planning. All of these programmes include coaching with your ActionCOACH but not as intense as one-on-one.
